Activity Coordination. Β Provides resource and referral information to families and providers. Β Develops community linkages.Β Disseminates project information to potential local stakeholders.Β Documents dissemination activities. Coordinates activities with institutions, counselors, students and professionals to facilitate proper functioning of the program.Β

Direction.Β Provides direction or support for the program.Β Identifies and maintains a listing of current local interagency services and resources in a resource directory format, to be shared with the community.Β Provides recommendations to enhance service coordination and county collaboration.Β Identifies local interagency coordination challenges and develops strategies in collaboration with local coalitions to address the challenges.

Communication.Β Interfaces with family members, local service providers and other key stakeholders.Β Submits hard copies of county coalition monthly agenda, meeting notes, sign-in sheets, etc.Β Electronically submits data on family service coordination activities and community contacts into a data base.Β

Continuing Education.Β Coordinates county or regional activities that support continuing education.

Technical Support.Β Facilitates interagency service coordination for individual children/families, follows-up with all referrals.Β Gathers information and contacts families promptly.Β Β Documents individual child/family service coordination activities. Provides technical support for the program by performing varying tasks as deemed necessary by the current situation.Β

- 24 months experience in proposal submission and/or research administration.
Equivalent/ Substitution\:Β Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 72Β months experience
