GENERAL PURPOSE\:Β
The Diversity and Inclusion (D & I) Sr. Analyst will create, analyze and assess data trends to provide insights and measure the effectiveness of the D & I strategy.Β Additionally, this position will provide predictive analytics that ensure we are proactive in our approach to attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent.Β Β
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Serve as the primary contact for D & I data reporting and as the internal D & I data knowledge and insights subject matter expert.
- Assess data reports, surveys and trends providing insights to advance the D & I strategy and drive impact through diversity data and research.
- Provide data insights and recommendations to support Talent Management, Recruitment, Retention, Learning and Development and other D & I Strategies.
- Conduct research on key Diversity & Inclusion topics, programs and initiatives to advance and support Diversity and Inclusion at Ross and ddβs.
- Develops holistic tracking methods to effectively measure D & I progress, report progress and ensure goals are achieved.
- Provides consultation on D & I data to business partners as needed.
- Manages D & I programs, projects, events and initiatives in collaboration with HR Business Partners, HR specialty groups and business leaders across all functions within the organizationΒ
- Assists with the planning, scheduling and coordination of D & I meetings with key stakeholders.
- Assists with the development of key external D & I partnerships.
- Continually evaluates effectiveness of D & I solutions to drives continual improvement.
- Performs other duties as directed by the VP, Diversity and Inclusion
- May require travel β 20%

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelorβs degree
- Minimum 5 yearsβ experience implementing large scale strategies, initiatives, projects or programs
- Ability to gather, interpret and analyze complex data
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects, as demonstrated by previous experience coordinating deadlines and deliverables with multiple stakeholders
- Strong oral and written communications skills including presentation skills
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 β Work, Excel, Power Point and SharePointΒ
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.Β
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.Β
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.Β Β
