The Director, DEIB - Americas will lead the strategy and programming related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging and wellbeing initiatives across the Americasβ region. In alignment with the Talent strategy, it will design and implement programs related to the attraction, retention and development of diverse talent. It will also identify wellbeing initiatives and programs across the region and find integrative opportunities for implementation. In partnership with each country, it will work on adapting programming to meet local needs. It will also identify relevant metrics for measurement to support reporting and ESG needs and partner with the Global Hub for alignment with the global strategy and focus areas.Β
