GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
JASA is seeking a Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) to continue the development and lead the ongoing implementation of an organization-wide DEIB strategy. Reporting to the Chief People and Inclusion Officer and positioned within the Human Resources department, the Director of DEIB will be responsible for advancing an overarching vision of DEIB for the organization across JASAβs internal practices, organizational culture, program areas, and client-facing services, including new initiatives emerging from JASAβs recent Strategic Plan. The Director of DEIB will work closely with staff across JASAβs programs and operational departments, the executive team, and the Board of Trustees to advance the organizationβs DEIB goals.
