POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Director of Grants and Special Projects is a member of the Strategy & Development Team, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). The Director of Grants and Special Projects works across all program areas, including collaborating with program leadership, Finance, IT, and Human Resources to ensure the effective design and submission of grants and the successful conceptualization and implementation of special projects, as well as providing back up to the CSO. This individual attends events and leads initiatives in support of La Familiaβs brand identity, to broaden awareness of its programs and priorities, and increase the visibility across key stakeholder audiences in the East Bay and other geographical areas identified for growth. This individual will also assume theΒ responsibilities of the CSO related to leadership of the Strategy & Development and on special projects when the CSO is unavailableΒ or on leave. d This role will uphold and champion the agencyβs mission, vision, and values and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work culture.Β
