Graduate Program OverviewΒ
The CRB Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a non-rotational two-year-program that provides the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge base, varied skills, and diverse network. This program is designed to set you up with a holistic view of CRB with hands-on experience, insight, and opportunities to make an impact and shape your own career.Β Β
GDP participants will be immersed in a 1-week-in-person orientation followed by a robust onboarding training learning about various functions within CRB. Our program is designed to provide graduates with a well-rounded understanding of the industry while having the opportunity to deep dive within their respective business area.Β
Client Advocacy Commercial Lines OverviewΒ
Colleagues in this role will support internal clients, working with multiple teams/markets/regions. Graduates may work with assigned external clients under the direction of senior colleagues. External client facing responsibilities expected to be up to 30% as skills develop. As the first point of contact for your clients in all aspects of their insurance program, any claims, wording, coverage or industry news related queries are directed to you, so these are made a priority every day. Outside of ad-hoc client queries, you will likely be working on client renewals, meeting with the broking teams to put together a βMarket Submissionβ document, containing in-depth information about a clientβs business including claims information, the classes of business needing renewal and any other supporting information. The broking teams then take these proposals to market.Β
