At Covestro, we want to provide students with opportunities to explore careers and learn about building professional relationships.Β The Freshman Discovery Diversity program is an early insights/educational program designed to encourage undergraduate freshman to learn more about Covestro and the chemical industry, acquire technical skills and gain tools to start the career planning process and positioning in a competitive internship market.Β
The 1-day, in-person program will take place at Covestroβs Baytown, TX location in May 2025. Β During the program, you will participate in panel discussions, training sessions and have executive interface.Β You will gain exposure to Covestroβs culture, people, and learn about the career paths within a manufacturing company in the chemical industry.Β

*The Early Freshman Discovery Diversity Program is a one-day unpaid immersive program. By participating, you will be considered for a summer 2026 internship for which you meet the requirements.Β Covestro does not offer a transportation or housing stipend to attend this program.
