POSITION TITLE: Grant Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Executive Director

FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt
JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Grant Coordinator will support the agencyβs grant proposal efforts. This part-time, time-limited position will identify grant opportunities, communicate with Program Managers to determine appropriate proposals to pursue, and complete applications through August 31, 2025. The position will be fully remote for the duration of the position.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to Exchange Family Centerβs mission
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Responsible, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative to complete projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience compiling and submitting grant applications
- Strong time management skills
- Experience compiling, assimilating and organizing both printed and electronic information
- Experience utilizing office equipment and other relevant technology
- Proficiency with Google Suites for Business
- Other preferred skills include Google Suite Platform
- Some project management experience preferred

- To support the mission of the Exchange Family Center
- To build financial support for the Exchange Family Center

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To obtain approvals for at least $200,000 in grant/foundation funds before August 31, 2025
- To communicate with Executive Director and Program Managers before pursuing Requests for Proposals
- Identify and monitor RFP opportunities suited to the Exchange Family Center on an ongoing basis
Perform Other Duties as Assigned
CONDITIONS: All work is subject to approval by the Executive Director
PAY RATE:Β $30/hour at 12 hours per week
