Snow Tubing is back for our ninth year with ICE! at the Gaylord Texan and we are now hiring seasonal help. Operated by Peerless Production Group, our 12 lane toboggan hill is covered in real Texas snow! Adults and kids can grab a tube and slide down the slopes for a fun-filled ride! We've also improved Santa’s Snow Throw, a chance to throw REAL snowballs! We are looking for fun, energetic, and dependable people to become part of our team. This one-of-a-kind event will once again be an enjoyable way to put some extra money in your pocket, and be part of the most anticipated winter event in DFW!
Operational Dates: November 9, 2018 - January 1, 2019
Our ride attendants, or Snow Patrol, perform the following duties:
• Greeting all visitors and promote safe participation of all SNOW! activities.
• Promote a positive experience at the attraction by being enthusiastic and engaging
• Ensure proper tube distribution
• Assist guests in loading on their tubes at the top of the hill.
• Dispatch riders with a push.
• Groom snow to ensure a smooth ride, patching when necessary
• Make and distribute Snowballs for Santa’s Snow Throw
• Work cooperatively and effectively with other team members and departments which may include:
• Snowmakers
• ICE! Management
• Box Office Representatives
