Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Student Health Services, renders general out-patient nursing care to students and emergency medical attention to both students and University personnel in accordance with approved nursing practice as established by the N.J. Board of Nursing.
Required Qualifications
1. B.S.N. with current N.J. License and C.P.R. certification. College Health Certification preferred. 2. Three years nursing experience, preferably in a General Hospital, Public Health or College Health setting. 3. Ability to work effectively with young adults. 4. Ability to work independently in formulating a nursing diagnosis. 5. Ability to effectively communicate the principles of wellness to the campus community. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
